My goal is to create well rounded, compassionate equestrians who put the horses first. I believe in the animals, the life lessons they can teach us, and want to help anyone who wants any type of relationship with a horse whether it be to build a solid foundation in the basics at the start of their journey towards a successful showing career, or simply to learn to be around them and enjoy their company.
Instructor Kevy Gostlin
Kevy has been riding, teaching and training her entire life. She especially loves helping children start safely and correctly on the path to proper horsemanship, although lessons are available for all ages. She (and most of our lesson horses) specialize in the english style of riding but we also offer beginning western riding.
Beginner students will learn to safely lead, groom, and tack the horse for riding. Long pants and sturdy shoes that cover the entire foot should be worn. Riding helmets and all equipment for the horse are provided for the beginning student.
